Dr. Theodore Popa is a neurologist providing comprehensive neurological care at United Neuroscience Institute in Bakersfield, California, with hospital affiliations at Bakersfield Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Popa earned his Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from UCLA and a Master’s degree in Medical Imaging Science from Chicago Medical School before completing his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Toledo College of Medicine (2010). He completed his Neurology residency at the University of Toledo Medical Center.
