When the nervous system demands the highest level of care, our team delivers.

Fellowship-Trained Expertise
Our Neurocritical Care team manages the most complex neurological emergencies — severe stroke, intracranial hemorrhage, status epilepticus, traumatic brain injury, and post-operative neurosurgical patients requiring advanced monitoring and management.

24/7 NeuroICU Coverage
Continuous intensive care-level neurological oversight — real-time management of intracranial pressure, cerebral perfusion, continuous EEG monitoring, and multi-organ complications in neurologically injured patients.

Evidence-Based, Protocol-Driven
We apply the latest Neurocritical Care society guidelines and institutional protocols to every patient, with active quality improvement initiatives and outcome tracking across our hospital partner sites.

When the Nervous System Demands the Highest Level of Care

Neurocritical Care requires the highest level of neurological precision combined with intensive care medicine expertise. Our Neurocritical Care specialists are fellowship-trained in managing the full spectrum of life-threatening neurological emergencies — and they maintain open, compassionate communication with families navigating some of the most difficult moments of their lives. We lead NeuroICUs at our hospital partner sites and work in close collaboration with our neurosurgical, stroke, and interventional neurology teams.

Our Specialized Services

Severe Stroke & Intracranial Hemorrhage

Comprehensive management of ischemic stroke, intracerebral hemorrhage, and subarachnoid hemorrhage — including ICP monitoring, vasospasm management, and neuroprotective strategies.

Status Epilepticus

Rapid identification and aggressive management of convulsive and non-convulsive status epilepticus — using continuous EEG monitoring and IV antiepileptic protocols.

Neuromuscular Respiratory Failure

Management of Guillain-Barré syndrome, myasthenic crisis, and other neuromuscular conditions causing respiratory compromise — in close coordination with pulmonology and critical care.

Post-Operative Neurosurgical Care

Close collaboration with our Neurosurgeons to manage patients following complex brain and spine procedures — minimizing complications and optimizing neurological recovery.

Continuous Monitoring & Multimodal Neurological Assessment

Our Neurocritical Care specialists use continuous EEG monitoring, intracranial pressure measurement, cerebral perfusion assessment, and advanced neuroimaging — including CT, MRI, and angiography — to guide real-time management decisions in critically ill neurological patients.
